In narrowing a search to a location of a given US state, what's the difference between searching for "Maryland, US" vs "Maryland" for example? Will either return the same results?

Hi Sue, great question, the dataset for locations we use isn't normalized, meaning you'll find the same location represented in different forms. It will filter by the most popular location if you're using a broader search like "Maryland."
There are several cities in the US named "Maryland" which likely won't be used to filter unless you're specific.
I would still recommend using the more specific option like "Maryland, US" even if it should return the same results for both.
